AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 700 SOUTH ARTHUR STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Tna': T;,e zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1968 - Described
as the S2 of
the W4 N54 SV4 and the
N2 SV4 NEI4 SE'4 and the
S2 S114 NE'4 S154, Section
1, Township 1
North, Range 13 West -
exclusive of the
East - 'lest Expressway right -of -way. From: "A'l- One - family District To: "F "-
Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
