AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,600 FROM UN-
APPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND TO
BUDGET .ACCOUNT "ZOO 5.8"; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 11,680, SAME BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS: FOR 1866; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock from time to time has
received donations and contributions for the purpose of
acquiring animals for display in the City of Little Rock
Zoo, which donations have been placed into the General Fund,
though accounted for by separate account from other income;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appropriate said donations
from the General Fund to Zoo Account to 5.8 so that said funds
may be expended for intended purposes as expressed by the donor;
and
'WHEREAS, it is now necessary to appropriate Two Thousand
Six Hundred Dollars ($2,600.00) in order to acquire certain
animals for the City of Little Rock Zoo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIREC'A)AS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE MOCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred Dollars
($2,600) is hereby appropriated from unappropriated balance
in the General Fund to budget account "Zoo 5.8" for the purpose
of acquiring animals for display in the City of Little Rock Zoo.
SECTION 2. Subsection (29) F.3. of Section 3 of
Ordinance 11,680 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
