ORDINANCE NO. 119735
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1981 - Described as Lot 24 and the North 10 feet of Lot
23 of the Subdivision of Lot 13, Rapley's Estate - From: "E"'- Apartment District
To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1979 - Described as the East 10 feet of Lot 8, and the
West 38 feet of Lot 9, in Block 4, Abrams Subdivision of Blocks 3, 4, and 6,
of Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest Park Addition - From: "A'" -One- family District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1973 - Described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 24, Bellevue
Addition - From: "A"- One - family District to "D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1974- Described as Lot 4, Block 15, Bellevue Addition-
From: "C"- Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1975 - Described as the North three (3) acres of the
East six (6) acres of the NE4 SE'-4 of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, EXCEPT beginning at a point 25 feet west of
the northeast corner of said NE'4 SE4 Section 24; Township 1 North, Range 13
West, thence West 173 feet, thence South 537 feet, thence East 173 feet, thence
North 537 feet to point of beginning, containing 0.49 acres, more or less -
From: "A""- fine -fami ly District To: "D"- Apartment District.
Subsection (f) - Z -1978 - Described as the South 219 feet of Tract 24,
L. B. Leigh and R.C. Butler's Acres - From: "A" -One- family District To: "E -1"
Quiet Business District.
Subsection (g) - Z -1976 - Described as Lot 2, Stannus Subdivision of Lot 10,
Aikens Subdivision of Block 7, Centernnial Addition. From: "a"- Two - family
District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect

and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
