AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY
FIVE DOLLARS ($225) FROM THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
FUND (PROJECT 1 - -EAST WEST EXPRESSWAY) FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF RIGHT- OFWAY; AMENDING ORDINANCE
11,634; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from Street
Right-of-Way Fund (Project 1 - -East West Expressway) the
sum of Two Hundred and Twenty -Five dollars ($225) for
the purpose of providing additional funds to those
heretofore authorized in the acquisition of Parcel Number
287. This appropriation is supplemental to appropriations
made in Ordinances No. 11,634, as amended, for such purposes.
SECTION 2. That portion of Section 2 of Ordinance
11,634 which has heretofore read as follows:

287 -G -108
Approved Purchase Price
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Parcel Number
287 -G -108
$400
.Approved Purchase Price
$625"
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
