AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1963 - Described as the South Half of Block 5, Woodruff's
Addition lying East of Interstate #30 - From: "C"- Two - family District To:
Light Industrial Industrial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1947 - Described as Lots 9 and 10, and the North 45 feet
of Lot 11, A. E. Calloway Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 19, Rapley Estate -
From: "C"- Two - family District To: "F"- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1970 - Described as the West 50 feet of Lots 11 and 12,
and the West 2 feet, more or less, of the East 25 feet of the West 75 feet of
Lots 11 and 12, all in Block 11, Faust's Addition - From: "E -1" Quiet Business
District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1967 - Described as Lots 26 and 27 of Block 23, Riverside
Park Addition - From: "E -1" Quiet Business ;District To: "I" -Light Industrial
District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1964 - Described as Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 3, Union
Depot Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "D "- Apartment District

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated ";District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
