AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $45,000.00
FROM THE 1965 CAPITAL IMPROVEMNTS BOND
FUNDS TO PROJECT 51 (FIRE STATION #16);
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Capital ImproVwent Bond Funds the sum of $ 45,000.00
to project 51 (Fire Station 016) to be used in payment of
the construction costs of said fire station.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance dhall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
