AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FOUR HUNDRED
FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($450,000.00) FROM
UNEXPENDED BALANCE IN THE GENERAL FUND TO
THE STREET RIGHT OF WAY FUND; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLER ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
unexpended balance in the general fund the sum of Four
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00) to the
Street Right of Way Fund.
SECTION 2. This appropriation is for the purpose
of appropriating the monies heretofore reserved within
the General Fund for transfer to the Street Right of Way
Fund.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
