AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONIES
FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS MAINTAINED BY THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR THE PURPOSES HEREIN
DESCRIBED,-PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MAWLEV,ALE
BRIDGE; THE INSTALLATION OF LIGHTING IN THE
BALL FIELD AT WAR MEWRIAL PARK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Capital Improvement Bond Fund for parks the sum of
Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Nine and no /100 Dollars
($4,439.00) to be used in the payment of the contract price
for the installation of lighting in the ball field at War
Memorial Park.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from un-
expended balance in the Street Fund the sum of Eleven
Thousand Nine Hundred and no /100 Dollars ($11,900.00) to be
used in payment of the contract price for the reconstruction
of the Mablevale Bridge.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
