ORDINANCE NO. 11, 709
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and
are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1940 - Described as the north 10 feet of the south 100
feet of Lots 13 and 14, Block 4, and the south 90 feet of Lots 13 and 14, Block
4, Stevenson's Addition - From: "D "- Apartment 'District To: "F "- Commercial
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -1942- Described as all of Lots 1 through 10, Block 9,
Pfeifer's Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Subsection (c) - Z -1934 - Described as all of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 1,
Cox Subdivision of Taylor €. Bodeman's Addition - From: "A"- One - family District
To: ''F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (d) - Z- 1551 - Described as all of Lot 1, Smith Parker
Addition Except the south 150 feet thereof - From: 'f"- Commercial District
To: "H "- Business District.
Subsection (e) - Z -1941 - Described as the North 4 acres of the West 6
acres of the East 12 acres of NE4♦ SE% of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range
13 West - From: "A'l- One - family District to "H" Business District
Subsection (f) - Z -1752 - Described as part of Nkk NWT Section 31,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described to wit: Beginning at a point which is 30 feet east of and 864.5
feet north of the southwest corner of said NVh NVh on east line of Geyer
Springs Road thence north along said east line of Geyer Springs Road 91.5
feet; thence east 673.0 feet; thence south 91.5 feet; thence we st 672.1
feet to the point of beginning. From: "A"- One - family District To: ''F "-
Commercial District except the east 395.4 feet thereof to "D "- Apartment
District.
Subsection (g) - Z -1936 - Described as part of the Wok of the NV 4- of
Section 31, Township 1 North, Range 12 West, described as beginning 30 feet

thence north 157 feet; thence west 277 feet; thence south 157 feet to the point
of beginning, containing one acre more or less. From: "A"- One - family ;District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (h) - Z -1945 - 'Described as Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, and Lots 3,
4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Block 3, Pinecrest Addition - From: "A"- One - family
District To: ''F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (i) - Z-1736-- Described as the South 160 feet of Lot A,
Owen Henderson Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas - From: "F "-
Commercial District To: "H"- Business District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
