ORDINANCE NO. 119707
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11,612
SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE CONDEMNING CERTAIN
LANDS FOR CONSTRUCTING A PORT, ESTABLISHING
ANINDUSTRIAL PARK AND RELATED FACILITIES;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Subsection 5 of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 11,612, approved June 21, 1965, same being an Ordinance
condemning certain lands for use in the construction of a
port, industrial park and related facilities, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"All of the following described tracts of
land situated in Township 1 North, Range 11
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
The NE's, NW'k, and the *, NE'k, Section 21,
LESS AND EXCEPT: Commencing at the Northwest
corner of the NE'k, NEk Section 21; thence
easterly along the North line of said NE'k,
25.00 feet; thence deflect 90000100" right,
25.00 feet to the point of beginning, said
point being the intersection of the South
Right -of -Way line of Frazier Pike and the
East Right -of -Way line of Fourche Dam Pike;
thence Southerly along the East Right -of -Way
line of Fourche Dam Pike 660.00 feet; thence
deflect 90020' 41" left 330.00 feet; thence
deflect 89039'19" left 660.00 feet to a point
on the South Right -of -Way line of Frazier
Pike; thence Westerly along the South Right -
of -Way line of Frazier Pike 330.0 feet to the
point of beginning, said exception containing
5 acres, more or less.

Creek,
The SE'k, SWk, Section 15,
The NE'k, SE'k, Section 16,

LESS AND EXCEPT: Beginning at a point, said
point being 1694.93 feet North and 30.00 feet
East of the Southwest corner of the SEk, NE'k,
Section 16; thence easterly along the South
line of Hermitage Home Sites, 1,719.70 feet;
thence deflect 78006'37" Right, 202.85 feet;
thence deflect 12013142" left, 174.20 feet;
thence deflect 5031152" left, 141.20 feet;
thence deflect 3016'27" Right, 205.30 feet;
thence deflect 10058'12" Left, 200.00 feet;
thence deflect 2031'02" Left, 200.00 feet;
thence deflect 0032132" left 200.15 feet;
thence deflect 3028142" left, 195.75 feet;
thence deflect 6032148" Right, 172.50 feet
to a point on the North Right -of -Way line
of Fourche Island Drainage District No. 2
Levee; thence Northwesterly along said Right -
of -Way line, 628.20 feet; thence Southwesterly
along said Right -og -Way line 2,073.15 feet;
thence deflect 102 47'18 ", 1,687.60 feet to
the point of beginning, exception containing
70 acres, more or less.
All of the above described land less exceptions
contains 397 acres, more or less."
SECTION 2. It is the purpose of this amendment to
correct a misdescription of certain lands. The City Attorney
is hereby authorized and directed to amend any litigation
pending to reflect the correct description as shown in
Section 1 hereof in any and all instruments, pleadings and
other documents necessary in the condemnation of said lands.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
