AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN LANDS FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY WITHIN THE
EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY; APPROPRIATING THREE
THOUSAND AND no /100 DOLLARS ($3,000.00)
FROM STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY FUND PROJECT ONE
(EAST -WEST EXPRESSWAY); AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The acquisition by the City of Little
Sock of Parcels 248 -249 for right -of -way within the proposed
East -West Expressway atwa cost of Three Thousand and no /100
Dollars 4$3,000.00) is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
Street Right -of -Way Fund Project One (East -West Expressway)
the sum of Three Thousand and no /100 Dollars ($3,000.00) for
the purpose of acquiring the lands described in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
