SECTION: 1. There is hereby appropriated from street rirht-
of -way fund (Project 1, - mastNest Expressway) the sum of Two
Thousand Seven Hundred nifty and Io /100 Dollars (,",,2,750.00) to
be used in the payment of damages under order of the Pulaski
County Circuit Court Case 17o. 58581, which damages have been
determined payable in the condemnation of Parcel 128. This
appropriation is in addition to all previous appropriations
made and allocated to Parcel 128.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage..
