ORDINANCE NO. 119685
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCES IN THE GENERAL
FUND AND UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCES IN THE
STREET FUND FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unap-
propriated balance in the General Fund in the year 1965, the
sum of Twenty -Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($25,000.00)
to be expended and used in payment of the contractural obli-
gations of the City of Little Rock connected with the repairs
and renovations of the Third Street Bridge in Little Rock.
There is further appropriated from unappropriated balance in
the General Fund, the sum of Two Hundred Thousand and No /100
Dollars ($200,000.00) to be expended for the acquisition of
right -of -way in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from unap-
propriated balance in the Street Fund the sum of One Hundred
Fifty Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($150,000.00), which shall
be expended in connection with the installation and improve-
ments of storm drainage facilities within the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 3. The foregoing appropriations being appro-
priated from unexpended balances in the year 1965 shall be
deemed and considered from and after the passage and approval
hereof as appropriations lasting and existing through the year
1965 and thereafter until same shall be expended for the pur-
poses designated.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
