AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11,933
SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CIA M
FOR DAMAGES TO RICHARD L. RANN AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NHSRBAS, Ordinance No. 11,933 erroneously approved
a claim for damages in behalf of Richard L. Ranniger in the
mount of Four Hundred Sixty Nine and 72/100 Dollars ($469.72)
when, in fact, the claim should have been approved for and on
behalf of the Arkansas Power and Licht Company of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARXKNSAS.
SECTION 1. In all instances wherein Ordinance No. 11,933
passed August 7, 1967 approves a claim for Richard L. Ranniger
said Ordinance is hereby amended to delete the name of Richard
L. Ranniger and substitute that of Arkansas Power and Light
Company of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
