AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$650.00 FROM STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND
TO PROJECT 1- EXPRESSWAY -FOR RIGHT -OF -WAY
WITHIN THE EAST WEST EXPRESSWAY TO BE
USED IN ADDITION TO THE SUM APPROPRIATED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 11,634 TO PURCHASE PARCEL
NO. 285 -G -109; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In addition to the sum of money heretofore
appropriated by Ordinance No. 11,634 the sum of Six Hundred Fifty
and No /100 Dollars ($650.00) is hereby appropriated from Street
Right-of-Way Fund to Project 1 -East West Expressway to be used
for the purpose of purchasing parcel No. 285 -G -109 within the
right -of -way for said project.
SECTION 2. The approved purchase price as provided for
in Ordinance No. 11,634 for parcel No. 285-6 -109 in the right -of -way
for the East-West Expressway is hereby changed and increased by the
amount of Six Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($650.00) which is
appropriated in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to proceed and pay the total of the
amounts appropriated by this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 11,634 for
the said parcel herein identified to the person or persons entitled
thereto according to the opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest
full legal title to said parcel in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
