AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 100 BARROW ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING.SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the followin g property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -1113- Described as part of the SWI-4- Nµ4 of Section 2, Township
1 North, Range 13 West., Pulaski County,'Arkansas, now in the City of Little
Rock,, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Tract No. 1 -
Beginning at a point 30 feet west and 45 feet south of the northeast corner
of the Sµ4 Nµ4 Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West said point being
the southwest corner of the intersection of West Markham Street and John
Barrow Road; thence south 00 degrees 04 minutes east along the west right-of-
way line of John Barrow Road for 609.8 feet to the northeast corner of
Pennbrook Subdivision Section 0; thence north 89 degrees 27 minutes west
along the north tine of the said subdivision for 956.5 feet to the northwest
corner of the said subdivision, said point also being the northeast corner
of Bushman Addition; thence north 89 degrees 19 minutes west along the north
line of the said addition for 329.8 feet to the northwest corner of said
addition; thence north 00 degrees 08 minutes west along the west line of the
SWI4 N* Section 2, for 605.65 feet to a point on the south right- of-way 1 i ne
of ,West Markham Street; thence south 89 degrees 39 minutes east along the
said right-of-way tine for 338.6 feet; thence south 88 degrees 30 minutes east
along the said right- of-way line for 200.1 feet;thence south 00 degrees 09
minutes west for 118.6 feet; thence south 88.degrees 29 minutes east for 232.4
feet; thence north 00 degrees 09 minutes west for 123.2 feet to a point on the
south right-of-way line of West Markham Street; thence east along the said
right- of-way line for 516.9 feet to the point of beginning, containing 17.5
acres more or less. From: "A" -One- family District To: 'f "- Commercial District.
EXCEPT A TRACT (Tract No. 2) described as part of the Sµ4 h* Section 2,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, now in the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Begin-
ning at a point 30 feet west and 45 feet south of the northeast corner of the
$Vk Nµ4 Section 22 Township 1 North, Range 13 West, said point being the south-
west corner of the intersection of West Markham and John Barrow Road; thence

the said Subdivision for 5445 feet more or less to a point on the east right -
of-wway line of the proposed relocation of John Barrow Road; thence in a north
and northwesterly direction along the said proposed right-of-way line for 770
feet more or less to a point onthe south right -of -Tway line of West Markham Street
--ta4 d point being, 476x9 feet west of the point of beginning; thence east along
the said south right- of-way line of West Markham Street for 476.9 feet to

..Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of tittle Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby 6biended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and desi gnate the change provided for in Section 1 thereof.
Section 3• • That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
