AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a)- Z -1143 - Described as Lots 9 and 10, and the
N� of Lot 8, and the East 107 feet of Lot 7, Block 19, Original City.
From: "DI►- Apartment District To: "E -1 -A"- Nursing Home, Lodging and Undertaking
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -867 - Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, Glennhaven Sub.
division - From: "A";- One - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
and Lots 4 through 11, Glennhaven Subdivision - From: "A" -One- family District
To : "D "- ,Apartment District.
And a tract described as beginning at the southeast corner of SVh SW1_4 of
Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 13 West - thence north 0 degrees 34 minutes
west 21.6 feet; thence North 86 degrees 31 minutes west 149.5 feet to the
southeast corner of Glennhaven Subdivision; thence North 0 degrees 34 minutes
west on east line of said Subdivision 858.7 feet to the northeaZt corner thereof;
thence west on north line of Subdivision 262.2 feet to the point of beginning;
thence south 1 degree 00 minutes east on west line of Brookside Drive 194.6
feet; thence west 400.60 feet; thence north 3 degrees 49 minutes west 194.7
feet; thence east 408.66 feet to point of beginning - From: "A"- One - family
District To: "E -1 -A" Nursing Home, Lodging, and Undertaking District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2094 - Described as part of Block t3, Inter-
city Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas - described
as commencing at an iron pin at the intersection of the west line of Mary
Street and the South tine of West 34th Street; thence East along the said
South line of West 34th Street, 4.5 feet to an iron pin for a point of
beginning; thence right on an angle of 89 degrees 29 minutes a distance of
148.82 feet to an iron pin; thence left on an angle of 80 degrees 05 minutes
a distance of 75 feet to an iron pin; thence right on an angle of 95 degrees
12 minutes, a distance of 100 feet to an iron pin; thence left on an angle of
101 degrees 45 minutes a distance of 161.25 feet to an iron pin on the east
line of Block 13; thence south along the said east line of Block 13, a distance
of 1135 feet to the Southeast corner of Block 13; thence west along the south

line of Block 13, a distance of 167 feet to the southwest corner of said
Block 13; thence north along the west line of Block 13, a distance of 1224
feet to an iron pin on the south line of West 34th Street being the northwest
corner of Block 13; thence East along the South line of West 34th Street, a
distance of 150.55 feet to the point of beginning, containing 7 acres, more
or less - From: "A "- One - family District To: "I" -Light Industrial District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2107 - Described as the South 100 feet of North
200 feet of West 200 feet of East 230 feet of Tract 8, Home Acres; and the
South 100 feet of North 300 feet of West 200 feet of East 230 feet of Tract 8,
Home Acres. From: "All- One -fami l y District To: "FBI - Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City`of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
