AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE 1965
IMPROVEKENT CONSTRUCTION FUND - STREETS
THE SUt4 OF $200.00 TO PROJECT 57 FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Improvement Construction Fund - Streets - the sum of
Two Hundred and N01100 Dollars ($200.00) to Project 57 for
the acquisition of right -of -way necessary to the completion
of said project.
SECTION 2. The appraisal and appropriation of
funds for the acquisition of Parcel No. 4 within Project 57
of the 1965 Capital Improvement Bond Program as specifically
set forth in Ordinances numbering 11,750, 11,781, 11,787 and
11,884 is hereby increased in the amount of Two Hundred and
N01100 Dollars ($200.00) which sum is supplemental to all
prior appropriations with respect to the acquisition of
said Parcel of land identified as Number 4.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
