AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $14,000.00
FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND -
PARKS TO PROJECT 92 - COMPLETION OF ZOO RELOCATION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LIT'T'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the am of
$14,000.00 from the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund - Parrs
to Project 92 - Completion of Zoo Relocation - to be used
together with other funds heretofore appropriated in the
development and relocation of the Zoo resulting from the
construction of the East-West Expressway through War Memorial
Park.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
