ORDINANCE NO. 119906
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2092 - Described as Lots 7 and 8, Block 30,
Masonic Addition - Froms "C'ti.Two- family District Tot "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Subsection (b) - Z-2073,- Described as Lot 120 Block 242, Original
City - From: "C"- Two - family District To: "F"- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z- 2093 -- Described as the West One -Half (hh) of
Cots 4, 5, 6, Block 11, Marshall and Wolfels Addition - From: "CI' -Two-
family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -2090 - Described as a tract of land in the EkS
E1 NEB NEIA, Section 30 Township 1 North, Range 13 Pest, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described ass Beginning at the northwest corner
of Tract "B", Midwood Manor, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
thence South 88 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds east along the North line of
said Tract "B ", 334.2 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence South 0
degrees 24 minutes east along the east line of said Tract "Bu, 246.1 feet
to a point; thence South 75 degrees 27 minutes west, parallel with and 100 feet
northwesterly of the South line of said Tract "B ", 344.5 feet to a point on
the west line of said Tract "B "; thence North 0 degrees 24 minutes West along
said West line, 336.9 feet to the point of beginning containing 2.236 acres,
more or less. From: "A"- One - family District To: "Cu- Two - family District.
Subsection (e) - Z -503 - Described as a tract of land described as
follows: A part of the NL% Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, described
as beginning at the southwest corner of NE14, NE14 said Section 24, thence South
1 degree, 09 minutes east, 590 feet to a point, thence North 88 degrees 07
minutes east, and parallel with the North line of SE% NE% said Section 24, a
distance of 505.0 feet to a point, thence North 49 degrees 16 minutes east, 291.2
feet to a point on the west right -of -Tway line of U.S.Highway 67/70, thence North
5 degrees, 24 minutes east along said right -of -way line 495.0 feet to a point,
thence South 84 degrees 36 minutes east along said right -of -way line 25.0 feet
to a point; tbence North 5 degrees 24 minutes East along said right -of -way line

curve to the left, having a long chord bearing and distance of South 85 degrees
54 minutes west 118.2 feet and length of 118.7 feet to a point, thence South
76 degrees 24 minute west 70.1 feet to a point, thence westerly along the arc
of a 1146 foot radios curve to the right having a long chord bearing and distance
of South 85 degrees 26 minutes West 360.4 feet to a point, thence South 1 degree
09 minutes East 177.5 feet to a point, thence South 88 degrees 07 minutes Mast
330 feet to a point on the west line of the KE% Wk, said Section 24, thence South
1 degree 09 minutes east along west line 435.0 feet to the point of beginning,

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Dods and designated "District Mapes be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3• That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
