AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$22000.00 FROM THE STREET RIGHT -OF -WAY
FUND TO PROJECT 1 - EAST -WEST EXPRESS -
WAY TO BE USED IN ADDITION TO THE SUM
APPROPRIATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 11,631 TO
PURCHASE A PARCEL OF LAND TO BE USED FOR
RIGHT -OF -WAY IN THE SAID EAST -WEST EXPRESS-
WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In addition to the sum of money approp-
riated by Ordinance No. 11,631, the sum of Two Thousand and
No /100 Dollars ($2,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Street Right -of -Way Fund to Project 1 - East -West Expressway
to be used for the purpose of purchasing parcel number 166 -G5.
SECTION 2. The approved purchase price as provided
for in Ordinance No. 11,631 for parcel number 166 -G5 in the
right -of -way for the East -West Expressway is hereby changed and
increased by the amount of Two Thousand and No /100 Dollars
($2,000.00) which is appropriated by Section 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed and pay the total of the amounts appropriated
by this Ordinance and Ordinance No. 11,631 for the said parcel
herein identified to the person or persons entitled thereto
according to the opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest full
legal title to said parcel in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
