AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMT
OF AN APPRAISER TO APPRAISE THE LAND
PROPOSED AS HALL COVE PARK IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; APPROPRIATING THE SUM
OF $300.00 FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING
THE APPRAISER'S FEE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, EFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to employ a professional appraiser for the
purpose of making an appraisal of land heretofore proposed
for use as Hall Qove Park in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Improvement Construction Fund the sum of Three Hundred
and No /100 Dollars ($300.00) to be used for the purpose of
paying the appraiser's fee authorized in Section 1.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
