ORDINANCE NO. 11,889
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING APPRAISALS OF
CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE
RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR WEST 12TH STREET -
PROJECT C65 -S -56 CONTRACT 2; APPROP-
RIATING THE SUM OF $3,250.00; AUTHOR-
IZING THE PURCHASE OF SAID PARCELS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORAAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The approved appraisals and purchase
price for the hereinafter identified parcels of lAnd needed
in providing right -of -way for the widening of West 12th
Street are increased over the amounts provided by Ordinance
No. 11,857 in the amounts set forth opposite the parcel
numbers as follows:

C65- S -56 -5 $1,200.00
C65- S -56 -6 550.00
C65- S -56 -7 600.00
C65- S -56 -8 400.00
C65- S -56 -9 350.00
C65- S -56 -11 & 12 150.00
SECTION 2. The appraisal and purchase price here-
inabbve set forth are increased appraisals and are supple-
mental to the appraisals approved by Ordinance No. 11,857.
The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized
and directed to pay by warrant of the City of Little Rock the
total approved purchase price authorized by both this Ordinance
and Ordinance No. 11,857 for the parcels herein identified and
pay same to the person or persons bntitled thereto according

to the opinion of the City Attorney so as to vest full
legal title to the parcels in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. There is hereby appropriated the
sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars
($3,250.00) from the 1965 Improvement Construction Fund
to Project C65- S -56 -C2 (West 12th Street) to be used to-
gether with the appraisals for the parcels herein identified
that are also identified in Ordinance No. 11,857 to be used
for the purpose set forth in the above Section.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
