AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE
1965 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND -
STREETS THE SUM OF $3,750.00 TO
PROJECT 57 FOR THE ACQUISITION OF
RIGHT -OF -WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ABBANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from
the 1965 Capital Improvement Bond Pend - Streets the sum
of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and io /100 Dollars
($3,750.00) to Project 57 for the purpose of acquisition
of right -of -may necessary to the completion of the said
project.
SECTION Z. The appraisal and appropriation of
funds for the acquisition of parcel number Four (4) within
Project 57 of the 1965 Capital Improvement Bond Program as
specifically set forth in Ordinances nuqhering 11,750,
11,781 and 11,787 is hereby increased in the amount of
Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars
($3,750.00) which sum is supplemental to all prior approp-
riations with respect to said parcel of land.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
