ORDINANCE NO. 11,866
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SUB- SECTIONS
OF SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE # 11,819 SAME
BEING THE BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK FOR 1967; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Sub - section 40 -A -2, and sub - section
40 -B; sub - section 13 -A -2 and sub - section 13 -A -15 and 16;
sub - section 13 -A -9 and sub - section 13 -A -10; sub - section
37 -A -4; and sub - section 13 -A -10; sub - section 37 -A -4; and
sub - section 15 -A -6 and sub - section 15 -B all of Section 3
of Ordinance # 11,819 same being the budget Ordinance of the
City of Little Rock for 1967 are hereby amended to read as
follows respectively:

SECTION 2. In those instances where changes in

the annual total appropriations referred to in Section 1 hereof
provides for an increase over what was originally provided for
at the time the budget Ordinance was adopted such increases
are hereby appropriated from the unexpended balance of the
General Fund for 1967.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
