AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 5701 NEW BENTON HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2048 - Described as part of the North Half of the NE 4 of the NV-4
Section 25, Towrrship 1 North, Range 13 West, more particularly described as
follows: commencing at the northeast corner of N2, NE40 NV-4 said section,
thence west 652'to point of beginning, thence south 210 feet, thence west 105.5 feet
to east right -of -way line of New Benton Highway - (U. S. 67 -70) thence north-
easterly along said right -of -way 152.4 feet to the south right -of -way of
Mabelvale Pike, thence northeasterly along said right -of -way 99 feet, thence
north 13.7 feet to the point of beginning. From: "A"- One - family District
To: "F "- Commercial District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
