AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$6,000.00 FROM THE 1965 CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENT CONS`1'RUC`T'ION FUND TO PROJECT 57 -THIRD
STREET CURVE TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF
ACQUIRING RIGH`1' -OF -WAY; PROVIDING FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND;
AND AMENDING IN PART SECTION TWO (2) OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 11,750; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AttKANS&S:
SECTION 1. pub- Section E. Section 2 of Ordinance
11,750 is hereby amended to read as follows:
PARCEL NUMBER APPROVED PURCHASE PRICE
E. C 65- 5 -57 -15 $44,000.00
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Capital Improvement Construction Fund to Project 57 the
sum of $6,000.00 for providing additional funds with which to
acquire the Parcel of property described in Section 1 hereof and
this appropriation is and shall be deemed supplemental to the
appropriation made in Ordinance Number 11,750, as amended, for
the purpose of acquiring right -of -way.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
