AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,580.00
FROM THE 1965 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PROJECT C65 -S -61
FOR CONFEDERATE BOULEVARD AND STATE
HIGHWAY NUMBER 365 RIGHT -OF -WAY PURPOSES,
PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PARCELS;
AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 11,811;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance Number 11,811 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
The Parcels which the City Manager is hereby authorized
to acquire and the approved appraisal and purchase price thereof
are as follows:
APPROVED APPRAISAL
PARCEL NUMBER AND PURCHASE PRICE
2 $4,000.00
SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Capital Improvement Construction Fund to Project C65 -S -61 the sum
of $2,580.00 for providing additional funds with which to acquire
the Parcel of property described in Section 1 hereof and this
appropriation is and shall be deemed supplemental to the appropria-
tion made in Ordinance Number 11,811 for the purpose of acquiring
right -of -way.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
