ORDINANCE NO. 119847
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PLEASANT VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB TRACT- 1
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY Of LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -2050 - Described as commencing at the southeast corner of the bh of
Section 28, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence
north 0 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds west along the north -south centerline
of Section 28 for a distance of 1898.79 feet to a point in the centerline
of Rodney Parham Road; thence south 89 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds west
along the south right- of-way line of Pleasant Valley Drive for a distance of
490.0 feet to the point of beginning, said point also being the northeast
corner of Block 209 Pleasant Valley Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; thence south 89 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds west for a distance
of 200.00 feet to the northwest corner of said Block 20; thence south 0 degrees
37 minutes 30 seconds east for a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence
south 3 degrees 49 minutes 38 seconds east for a distance of 172.58 feet to
a point; thence south 7 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds east for a distance
of 450.0 feet to a point; thence south 14 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds east

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated 110i stri ct Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its passage and approval.
