AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$6,468.49 FROM THE 1965 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PROJECT 57 -THRID STREET
CURVES TO BE USED FOR PAYING THE ,ADDITIONAL
COST OF A PEDESTRIAN OVERPASS AT MARKHAM
AND DENNISON STREETS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Capital Improvements Construction fund the sum of $6,468.49 to
project 57 -Third Street curve to be used together with the sum
of $19,600.00 heretofore appropriated by ordinance number 11,750
for the purpose of paying the contract price for construction of the
pedestrian overpass at Markham and Dennison Streets which contract
was authorized by Resolution number 3697 of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors by ordinance number 11,776 authorized the
appropriation of $10,800.00 herein referred to to be used for the
construction of said overpass in lieu of payment for right -of -way
all at the option of the owner of Parcel Number C65- 8-57 -1 of said
project 57.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
