AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 137
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of more
than two thirds in assessed value of the real property
located within the territory hereinafter described have
filed a petition praying that an improvement district be
established for the purposes hereinafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the
City Board of Directors of Little Rock, Arkansas, has
heard all the parties desiring to be heard, and has ascer-
tained that said petition was signed by more than two thirds
in assessed value of the owners of real property within
said territory; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improve-
went district embracing the following property in the City
of Little Rock, Arkansa s , to-wit:

Pine Hills Subdivision therein;
NE% of the SW34- of the SEA of Section 11, including that
part of Pine Hills Subdivision therein;

Nz NWT of the SW14- of the SEA of Section 11;

lots of Twin Lakes
All in Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
for the purposes of building a system of sanitary sewer lines
to supply the inhabitants of the above described territory
with sanitary sewer service, connecting the sewer system of
said district with the sewers of any adjacent city or other
districts, and, in order to obtain an outlet for the sewers
of said district, constructing a sewer line to any proper
outlet beyond the boundaries of the district; and the ac-
complishment of any or all of said above purposes shall be
done in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners
may deem to be for the best interest of the district. The costs
thereof shall be assessed and charged upon the real property
lereinabove described.
Said district shall be known as "Sewer Improvement
District No. 137 of Little Rock, Arkansas," and Kelton R.
Brown, W. E. Beaumont, Jr. and Tyndall Dickinson are hereby
named commissioners, who shall compose the Board of Improve-
ment for said district.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
