AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A DEDICATED
PUBLIC PARK SITE SAME BRING PLATTED AS LOT 15, OF
WEST MARKH M HEIGHTS ADDITION, A REP'LAT OF W. E.
BERRY SUB- DIVISION OF TATS 6 and 7, WEST MARKH M
STREET SUB - DIVISION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORAAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That certain park site situated on what would
be Lot 15, according to the plat of West Markham Heights addition
to the City of Little Rock being a replat of W. S. Berry Sub -Divi-
sion of Lots 6 and 7, of West Markham Street Sub- Division being
a part of the South half, Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township
1,North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, is hereby aban-
doned as a park site by the City of Little Rock and the rights of
the public generally therein are likewise abandoned.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
