AN ORDINANCE ,APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$30,000.00 FROM THE 1965 CAPITAL IMPROVE-
MENTS CONSTRUCTION FUND TO PROJECT 65 -P -84
(OTTENHEIMER.PARK) TO BE USED IN THE
DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF SAID PARK;
AMENDING IN PART CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
ORDINANCES NUMBERING 11,696 AND 11,751;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Capital Improvements Construction Fund to Project 65 -P-84
(Ottenheimer Park) the sum of $30,000.00 to be used for the
purpose of improving and developing said Park.
SECTION 2. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 11,751 which
appropriated the sum of $50,785.00 from the 1965 Capital
Improvement Construction Fund to Project 76 (Hindman Park) is
hereby repealed. The funds appropriated by said Section 3 are
hereby transferred back to the 1965 Capital Improvement Construction
Fund.
SECTION 3. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 11,696 is hereby
amended to reduce the total appropriations therein provided for
from $195,000.00 to $173,500.00. Further, the individual
appropriations therein provided for in the case of Project 79
(Butler Park) and Project 80 (Granite Heights Park) are hereby
reduced from $20,000.00 to $16,500.00 and from $38,000.00 to
$20,000.010, respectfully, and the difference in said appropriations
same totaling $21,500.00 is hereby transferred back to the 1965
Capital Improvements Construction Fund.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
