AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $700.00 FROM THE 1965
CAPITOL IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY MANAGER TO OBTAIN OPTIONS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND TO BE USED
FOR PARK PURPOSES, AND TO PAY UP TO $100.100 COq-
SIDERATION FOR EACH OF SAID OPTIONS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to obtain and secure for the City of Little Rock options
to purchase the following described parcels of real property from
the owners thereof as reflected in the office of the Real Estate
Department, and to pay as consideration for each of said options
up to but not exceeding the sum of $100.00. The property sought
to be optioned is identified by parcel and tract number as follows:

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Capitol Improvement Construction Fund the sum of $700.00, which
sum is appropriated to the following projects in the amount set
opposite each project:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
