AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
ORDINANCE 11,680, AS AMENDED, SAME BEING
THE BUDGET ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK FOR THE YEAR 1966, BY MAKING TRANSFERS
FROM SURPLUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN SAID BUDGET
TO DEFICIT ACCOUNTS WITHIN SAID BUDGET; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
SECTION 1. In order to make moneys available in
deficit accounts within the budget ordinance of the City of
Little Rock for the year 1966, there is hereby transferred
from certain accounts within the budget to certain other
accounts therein the sums as follows:

SECTION 2. Section 37 -A of Ordinance 11,680, as
amended, is hereby amended by increasing the total salaries
appropriated for the year 19660 from $442,894.00 to $450,194.00.
SECTION 3. Section 38 -A of Ordinance 11,680, as
amended, is hereby amended to reduce the annual salaries therein
appropriated from $9,628.00 to $9,328.00.
SECTION 4. Section 39 -A of Ordinance 11,680, as amended,
is hereby amended to reduce the 1966, total salaries therein
appropriated from $15,005.00 to $11,205.00.
SECTION 5. Section 37- F -2 -5.2 injuries is hereby amended
to increase the 1966, appropriation from $2,500.00 to $3,700.00.
SECTION 6. Arof Ordinance 11,680, as amended, is hereby
amended to decrease the total salaries therein appropriated for
the year 1966, from $126,675.00 to $122,275.00.
SECTION 7. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
