AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKrtN AS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 CF THE CODE OF ORDINANCIES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; ;AND FOR OTHE PURPOSES
BE IT C LDAIIIED BY THE BOARD OF 'DIRECTORS OF TIIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2041 - Described as that portion of Lot 4, Block
3, Masonic F:ddition lying outside of Interstate 30 right -of -way - From: "C"
Two - family District To: "F"- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2034 - Described as Lot 2, Block 5, Heisman's
,addition - From: "B"- °.asidence District To: "C"- Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2036 - Described as a tract of land described as
part of Tract 2, Taylor Subdivision of part of the SU<. SE4 and part of
the SE' -t SIVi< of Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 13 blest, more particu-
larly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of S`.A=
SE-4 of said .Section 25, thence east 1260.0 feet to west right -of -way
line of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence south 28 degrees 15 minutes
west along said right -of -May 551.0 feet; thence west 225.0 feet to the
point of beginning; thence west 250 feet; thence south 2S degrees 15
minutes west 200 feet; thence east 250 feet to a point on the west right-
of-way line of New Benton Highway #70; thence north 28 degrees 15 minutes
east along said right -of -way to point of beginning; said property lying

Commencing at a point on the west line of said 40 acre tract, 449 feet
south of the northwest corner of said 40 acre tract; thence north 89
degrees 30 minutes east 231.7 feet, thence south 30 minutes east 50 feet,
thence west 231.7 feet to the west line of said 40 acres to a point 50 feet
south of the point of beginning, thence north on the west line of said

Subsection (f) - Z- 2042- Described as all that part of the East
75 feet of the :lest Half of Block 5, Plunkett's Subdivision of Forest
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, which lies south of Highway
No. 10 located wholly within the N2 N1% NV-4 of Section 36, Township 2
North, Range 13 West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas. From: "A"- One - family
District To: "F "- Con- --,erci al District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map"
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
