AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM UNAPPRO-
PRIATED BALANCES IN THE GENERAL FUND AND UNAPPRO-
PRIATED BALANCES IN THE STREET FUND FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from unappropri-
ated balance in the General Fund for the year 1966, the sum of
Three Hundred Fifty -Six Thousand ($356,000.00) Dollars and from
the unappropriated balance in the Street Fund for the year 1966,
the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, the
aggregate total of which is to be held in reserve for Capital
Improvement expenditures.
SECTION 2. The foregoing appropriation being appropriated
from unexpended balances in the year 1966, shall be deemed and
considered from and after the passage and approval hereof as
appropriations lasting and existing through the year 1966, and
thereafter until same shall be expended for the purposes designated.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
