AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and are hereby changer: as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2028 - Described as Lots 1 through 12, inclusive,
Block 255, Original City - From: "D "- Apartment and "I" -Light Industrial
Districts To: "H"- Business District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2030 - Described as Lots 9 and 10, and South Half
of Lot 11, Block 26, Original City of Little Rock'- From: "E"- Apartment and
"E -1" Quiet Business Districts To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2027 - Described as Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Masonic
Addition - From: "C - Two - family District To: "F "- Commercial District
Subsection (d) - Z -2033 - Described as Lot 1 and East 5 feet of Lot 2,
Block 3, Everett's Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "D "-
A._:artment District.
Subsection (e) - Z -2026 - Described as part of the SW'4 SV4 Section 19,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point 103 feet east of northwest corner of
said SV4 SW'-4, thence South 78.3 feet, thence South 35 degrees East 152.2
feet to the northerly right -of -way line of Mabelvale Pike; thence North 50
degrees 15 minutes east along right -of -way line 68.8 feet; thence North
32 degrees West 195.55 feet to a point on the North line of said SW-4 SW 4i
thence West along said North line 27.2 feet to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

from and after its passage and approval.
