AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTI€lN 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
.OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be
and are hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1791 - Described as being along highway N6:,10 adjacent
to south line of Candlewood Subdivision, described as Part of the SE4 SE4 Section
18, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the northeast corner of the SE',SE 4
Section 18; thence south 02 degrees 39 minutes east along the East line of
'Section 18, 490.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 02
degrees 39 minutes east along said east line 833.20 feet to the southeast
corner of :Section 18; thence south 87 degrees 29 minutes west along the south
line of Section 18, 380.0 feet to the northerly right -of -way of Arkansas State
Highway #10; thence north 80 degrees 04 minutes west along said northerly
right -of -way 324.5 feet; thence continue along said northerly right -of -way
along a curve to the left, chord bearing and distance of north 88 degrees
59 minutes west, 308.0 feet to the west line of the E'2 V-2 S£4 SE4 Section 18,
thence north 02 degrees 35 minutes west along said West line 784.1 feet; thence
north 89 degrees 43 minutes east 1,004.0 feet to the point of beginning;
said parcel containing 18.85 acres more or less - From: "F "- Commercial District
and "E -1" Quiet Business District To: "F "- Commercial District.
Part of the S£4 NW-4 Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest
corner of the SE-4 NV-4 Section 18; thence south 69 degrees 50 minutes east, 210.0
feet; thence south 43 degrees 50 minutes east, 425.0; thence south 07 degrees,
40 minutes west, 476.6 feet; thence north 73 degrees 40 minutes east, 666.0
feet; thence north 31 degrees 10 minutes east, 312.0 feet; thence north 20
degrees 20 minutes west, 310.0 feet more or less to the southerly right-of-way
of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad; thence on a northwesterly
direction along said southerly right -of -way line 624.3 feet more or less to the
north line of the S -4 NW-4 Section 18; thence south 87 degrees 39 minutes west
along said north line 510.0 feet more or less to the point of beginning; said
parcel containing 12.78 acres,more or less - From: "A" -One - family District To:
"D "- Apartment District.

Part of the SE -4 SO -4 Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the north-
east corner of said 'SE4 SE!-4 Section 18, thence south 02 degrees 39 minutes east
along the east line of Section 18, 490.0 feet; thence south 89 degrees 43 minutes
west, 1004.0 feet to the west line of the 02 Oj SE4 SE'4 Section 18; thence north
02 degrees 35 minutes west along said west line 450.0 feet; thence north 87
degrees 18 minutes east, 292.67 feet; thence north 87 degrees 29 minutes east,
710.0 feet to the point of beginning; said parcel containing 10.83 acres - more
or less - From: "F "- Commercial District and "E -1" Quiet Business District To:
"D "- Apartment District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2024 - Described as Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 2, Union
Depot Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "C"- Two - family District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2022 - described as Lot 2, Block 13, Cox's Extension
of Pettifer's Addition - From: "B"- Residence District To: "H"- Business
District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1915 - Described as the West 140 feet of the South 150
feet of Tract #16, Arnold's Highland Acres - From: "A" -One- family District
To: "D "- Apartment District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Qrdinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
