AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, .` ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2
OF THE CODE OF ORDIN /.NCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -1516 - Described as Lots 1 through 14, Arbor
Cove Addition to the City of Little Rock. From: "E-1-A" Nursing Home, Lodging
and Undertaking District. To: "F "- Commercial District.
Subsection (b) Z -2185 - Described as a part of Lot 8, Block 5,
Auten and Moss Addition, more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the northeast corner of said Lot 8, Block 5, thence run west to the
northwest corner of Lot 8, thence run south on west line of Lot 8 to a point
19 feet north of the southwest corner of Lot 8, thence run easterly along a
line to the northeast corner of Lot 8, which is the point of beginning.
From: "F "- Commercial District To: "D "- Apartment District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
