AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 -13 (7)
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK BY ADDING SUB - SECTION (c)
THERETO COVERING UNENCLOSED AMUSEMENT
SLIDES AND SECTION 21 -13 (220) 10 PROVIDE
AN ADDI'T'IONAL SUB - PARAGRAPH (e) - STAGE
SHOWS OR PLAYS; ALL PERTAINING TO LICENSE
AND PRIVLEGE 'TAXES DUE THE CITY-OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR-OTHER PURPOSES . -
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE I'T ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF 'THE CITY OF LI'T'TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Section 21 -13 (7) is hereby amended
to provide sub- paragraph (c) which shall be in words and
form as follows: (c) unenclosed amusement slides for which
admission is charged which provide positions for simultaneous
use by nine (9) or more persons - - - $400.00 annually.
SECTION 2. Section 21 -13 (220) of the Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to add a sub - section (e) which
shall be in form and words as follows: (e) stage shows or
plays $1.00 per seat per year. Stage shows or plays where
meals are served $1.35 per seat per year.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
