AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$9, 000.00 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE.
OF THE STREET FUND TO BE USED FOR MAKING
REPAIRS TO CITY OWNED PROPERTY INCLUDING
SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS; CURBS AND GUTTERS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the Street Fund the sum of Nine
Thousand and N01100 Dollars ($9,000.00) to Street Budget
Account 3.06 - maintenance of sidewalks, driveways, curbs
and gutters to,be used for the purpose of repairing and
maintaining City owned real property including sidewalks,
driveways, curbs and gutters.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
