AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT OF CLAIM FROM MRS. ROBERT W.
KETCHUM FOR DAMAGES TO HER AUTOMOBILE
ARISING FROM A COLLISION WITH -A CITY
OWNED VEHICLE; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
$2,350.00 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE
OF THE STREET FUND TO STREET BUDGET ACCOUNT
5.01; AND FOR OTHER-PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Claim of Mrs. Robert W. Ketchum in
the amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and N01100
Dollars ($2,350.00) arising from a collision between a motor
vehicle owned by said claimant and a motor vehicle owned and
operated by the City of Little Rock, occuring on State Highway
365 south of Little Rock on November 14, 1967, is hereby
accepted and approved. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary
warrant or warrants payable to the order of Mrs. Robert W.
Ketchum and T.J. Gentry, her attorney, and Ford Motor Credit
Company in payment of said damages upon receipt from Mrs.
Robert W. Ketchum of a release running in favor of the City
of Little Rock, its agents, servants and employees, in form
and substance approved by the City Attorney.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
