AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART ORDINANCE NO.
11,993 SAME BEING THE BUDGET_ ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR 1968; AND THE
PLANNING AND INSPECTION DIVISION OF THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT SECTIONS
OF SAID BUDGET TO PROVIDE FOR A PART TIME
ENGINEERING AID II; FIXING SALARY FOR SAID
EMPLOYEE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The 1968 budget provisions for the planning
and inspection division of the Community Development Department
as provided for in the budget set forth in Ordinance No. 11,993,
is hereby amended and in addition to the provisions therein set
forth, by providing for one (1) part time Engineering Aid II, at
a monthly salary of Four Hundred Twenty Five and No /100 Dollars
($425.00).
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 11,993, same being the budget
Ordinance of the City of Little Rock for the year 1968 and the
budget therein provided are hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to reflect the provisions set forth in
Section 1 hereof and the Director of Finance is hereby ordered
and directed to cause said budget changes to be made and re-
flected in the official records of his office as well as other
official records of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
