AN ORDINANCE CANCELLING NICK PEAY SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 2, NICK PEAY SEWER DISTRICT
NO. 3 AND MALONEY SEWER DISTRICT; REPEAL-
ING THE ORDINANCES AND CANCELLING THE
CONTRACTS AUTHORIZING SAME; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Nick Peay Sewer District No. 2, Nick Peay
Sewer District No. 3 and Maloney Sewer District, heretofore
organized by authority of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock and /or contracts with the City of Little Rock provided
for the assessment of benefits to property owners for the
construction of private franchise sewer lines; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the construction of sewer
lines in said sewer districts have been fully paid and the
districts should be dissolved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Those Ordinances and /or contracts auth-
orizing and creating Nick Peay Sewer District No. 2, Nick Peay
Sewer District No. 3 and Maloney Sewer District are hereby
repealed and /or cancelled and the said districts are hereby
dissolved.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
