ORDINANCE NO. 121055
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2171 - Described as all of Lots 7 and 82 and the
east 50 feet of Lot 6; the east 70 feet of Lot 12, and the east 70 feet of
the north 20 feet of Lot 11, all in Block 221, Original City, and the west
half of Block 233, Original City, and Lot 6, and the east 50 feet of Lot 5,
Block 243, Original City, and all of Lot 9, Block 244, Original City. From:
Various Zones To: "C "- Two - family District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2175 - Described as Lot 6, Block 5, Centennial
Addition - From: "C "- Two - family District To: "E -1" Quiet Business District.
Subsection (c) - Z -2160 - Described as the remaining portion of
Block 6, Plunkett's Second Addition lying west of alley and north of TVest
Third Street. From:( "C " - Two - family District To: "F"- Commercial District
and ( "D "- Apartment District
Subsection (d) - Z -2178 - Described as part of NE14 NE�4- Section 1
T -1 -S, R- 13 -117, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the north line of Baseline Road which is north 89 degrees, 54
minutes west 275 feet of the west line of Geyer Springs Road; thence south 0
degrees 02 minutes east 53 feet to the south line of Baseline Road; thence
continue south 0 degrees 02 minutes east 167 feet; thence north 89 degrees
54 minutes west 165 feet; thence north 0 degrees 02 minutes west 167 feet
to the south line of Baseline Road; thence continue north 0 degrees 02 minutes
west 53 feet to the north line of Baseline Road, and the present city limits
of the City of Little Rock:, Arkansas; thence south 89 degrees 54 minutes east
on the city limit line along said right- of-way line 165 feet to the point of
beginning. From: "A"- One - family District To: "F "- Commercial District
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be, and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
