AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6,000.00
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE IN THE STREET
FUND FOR 1968 AS THE CITY'S SHARE OF THE COST
OF AN ACCESS ROAD ALONG INTERSTATE NO. 30; AUTHOR-
IZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO SERVE AS
COORDINATOR IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID ACCESS
ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $6,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the unappropriated balance in the Street Fund for the year
1968 to be used as the City's share of the cost of construction
of an access road along Interstate No. 30 in two parts: first,
between Doyle Springs Road and Scott Hamilton Drive; and second,
between Murray Street and 68th Street.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed for and in behalf of the City of Little Rock to serve as
coordinator for the use and benefit of all entities and persons
participating in the cost and construction of the access road
identified in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
