AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $250.00
F OM THE 1965 I3- iPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND -
PARKS TO BE USED TO DEFRAY THE COST OF APPRAISALS
OF LANDS TO BE USED AS PUBLIC PARKS; AND FOR
OTHER. PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the 1965
Improvement Construction Fund - Parks the sum of Two Hundred Fifty
and N01100 Dollars ($250.00) to be used for defraying the cost
of appraisals of real property to be acquired and used as public
parks.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
