ORDINANCE NO. 121016
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF .DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Subsection (a) - Z -2141 - Described as the West 66 feet of the
South 16 feet of Lot 5, and the East 38.3 feet of South 19 feet of West
104.3 feet of Lot 5, and the West 104.3 feet of Lot 6, Block 201, Original
City of Little Rock - From: ''D "- Apartment District To: "E -1" Quiet Business
District.
Subsection (b) - Z -2153 - Described as a tract of land located in
the NE'4 S£ 4 Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, 7ulaski County, Arkansas, more particular-
ly described as: Starting at the northwest corner of the NE4 SE 4 Section 25;
thence easterly along the north line of said NE 4 SE 4 300.2 feet to a point on
the east right -of -way line of U.S.Highway 67/70, said point being the point
of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence east along said
north line of the NE 4 SE'4 299.2 feet to a point on the west right-of-way
line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence southwesterly along said west
right-of-way line, being the arc of a curve to the left, having a chord bearing
and distance of south 28 degrees, 17 minutes west, 122.0 feet; thence continue along
said west right -of -way line south 27 degrees 22 minutes west, 1004.1 feet; thence
north 69 degrees 26 minutes west, 40.25 feet to a point on the east right -of-
way line of U. S. Highway No. 67/70; thence northeasterly along said east
right -of -way line being the arc of a 5,830 foot radius curve to the left,
having a chord bearing and distance of north 15 degrees 14 minutes east 1,054.2
feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT a parcel of land situated in Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
A part of NE'4 SE 4 Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, commencing at the northwest
corner of said NE 4 SE14; thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes, 20 seconds East,
300.2 feet to the point of beginning on the East right -of -way line of U. S.
Highway 67/70; thence North 89 degrees, 44 minutes, 20 seconds east, 293.65
feet; thence southwesterly along the West right -of -way line of the Missouri

Pacific Railroad 119.8 feet; thence north 89 degrees 58 minutes 45 seconds
west 260.93 feet; thence northeasterly along the east right -of -way line of
U.S. Highway 67/70, 107.7 feet to the point of beginning; containing 29,865
square feet, more or less. From: "A"- One - family District To: "I" -Light
Industrial ;District.
.Subsection (c) - Z -1930 - Described as the East 220 feet of the
North Half of Lot 2, Arnold's Highland Acres, Little Rock, as platted.
From: IIE -1" Quiet Business and "W- Apartment Districts To: "E -1" Quiet
Business District.
Subsection (d) - Z -1060 - Described as Lot 3, Block 10, Faust's
Addition to the City of Little Rock - From: 1101- Two - family District To:
"E -1" Quiet Business :District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Maps' be,
and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage and approval.
