AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $250.00
FROM THE 1965 IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND TO
BE USED AS EARNEST MONEY TO OBTAIN AN OPTION TO
PURCHASE A PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE IDENTIFIED AS
PARCEL NO. 1 FROM FRANK R. SHEPHERD, TO BE USED
AS RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR 65TH STREET; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
1965 Improvement Construction Fund the sum of Two Hundred Fifty
and N01100 Dollars ($250.00) to be used as earnest money to
obtain an option to purchase a parcel of real estate identified
as Parcel No. 1 from Frank R. Shepherd for the appraisal price
of Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Five and N01100 Dollars
($16,425.00) to be used as street right -of -way for the 65th
Street widening project.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
